We welcome high-quality articles reporting unique and unpublished results of conceptual, experimental, and theoretical work or study in any of the topic areas mentioned in Call For Papers. When a manuscript is submitted, it suggests that it is not being considered for publication elsewhere.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft, and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
